A "Karen" at a Whole New Level

Shopping in downtown Grand Rapids used to be grand!  All of the "must-go-to" shops were downtown, not to mention three major departments stores. Then, came urban sprawl and suburban shopping malls, and with the malls came a slow decline of downtown retail.
