Summer continues with another busy month of music, comedy and sports. Here is a list of shows and sporting events taking place in West Michigan this month.
Cher has announced cancellation of all remaining dates on her Dressed To Kill (D2K) concert tour, including her Jan. 11, 2015, concert in Grand Rapids.
She made the announcement Wednesday night, having been hobbled by a viral infection affecting her kidneys since September, according to AEG Live.
Cher is on the mend from her recent illness but her doctors have advised her recovery from a virus will take longer than previously expected.
Because of that, her Dressed to Kill Tour concert previously scheduled Oct. 20 at Van Andel Arena has been postponed, according to spokeswoman Lynne Ike.

If you were bummed about the postponement of the Journey, Pat Benatar, and Loverboy concert at Van Andel Arena a couple of weeks ago, be bummed no more! The show has now been officially rescheduled!
The make up date will be Saturday, February 9th.
If you were looking forward to seeing Journey, Loverboy and Pat Benatar at Van Andel Arena this Saturday, you're unfortunately going to have to wait a little longer. Journey has postponed their next five shows, and that includes their Grand Rapids date.
