Huron-Manistee National Forest

There's not much to see and it's not easy to find, but if you're up for the challenge you can get to the highest point in Michigan's Lower Peninsula.

The Newaygo County Logging Festival took place over the holiday weekend. It was a 3 day event featuring arts, crafts, food trucks, chainsaw art and lumberjacks.
