It's coming sooner than you think, so, prepare to laugh! Gilda’s LaughFest! The sixth annual LaughFest is set in March, 2016 from the 10th to the 20th. eleven days of laughter and fun to support Gilda's Club. In anticipation of the event, they just announced that they are now accepting sign ups for its Community Showcases, 5k FUNderwear Run, and LaughFest Friends memberships.

With recent business growth and new development on Grand Rapids’ West Side, this seems like the perfect time to celebrate. So, Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids is hosting an inaugural walk and block party this Saturday, October 3, to celebrate positive changes and create a renewed sense of community in the neighborhood.

It's often said that laughter is the best medicine. Unfortunately for many, laughter simply isn’t enough. So for the third year in a row, Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids (GCGR) and LaughFest are partnering with Michigan Blood and Blue Care Network to host blood drives during LaughFest. The drives will be held on Feb.24, March 2, 3, 4 and 9, 2015.

LaughFest Central will open its doors Monday, Feb. 16, at the Grand Rapids Art Museum (GRAM) GOSite space, located at 101 Monroe Center. The festival headquarters will serve as a focal point for LaughFest information, as well as a location where tickets and merchandise can be purchased. Prior to the festival, LaughFest Central will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5

Are you funny? Do you sing, juggle, dance, spin, anything entertaining? Well this is your time to shine! Gilda's LaughFest 2015 Community Showcases could be your ticket to stardom. Okay...maybe not stardom...but a ticket to showcase your talent and have audiences see just what you are all about.

TODAY, Nov. 11 at 7:30 a.m. Gilda’s LaughFest, the nation’s first ever community-wide festival of laughter, will announce headlining artists performing at the 2015 10-day festival, which runs March 5 - 15. This morning's event is free and open to the public.

As fast a this summer seems to be going, March, 2015 will be tomorrow!  But, seriously folks, March, 5 - 15, 2015 will be the 10 funniest days of March, as the nation’s first-ever, community-wide festival of laughter, Gilda’s LaughFest, announced this morning that those are the dates for their fifth anniversary and laughter.

LaughFest wraps up this weekend here in Grand Rapids, and what a great ten-days it will have been. These past ten days, I've been featuring some of the top, yet less-known, comedians appearing here.  One of the best, Maria Bamford, was in town last Saturday, and I hope you didn't miss her.

YouTube sensation Miranda Sings brings a hilarious night of comedy, hit songs, magic tricks and never before seen videos to the Wealthy Theatre on Friday night at 7 p.m. as part of Gilda's LaughFest.

Gilda's LaughFest 2014 is officially open for business.  For the next 10 days, we'll laugh our socks off with some of the top comedians in the country. And, we'll be supporting Gilda's Club.  What a deal!

Gilda's Club LaughFest officially begins tonight.  Rosa Parks Circle is the place that organizers are hoping over 1600 people will show up and wear dark glasses to set a world's record for people wearing dark glasses at night.  Goofy? Yes! Funny? Yes! That's LaughFest.
