Mel Trotter Ministries is always there for people in need, and this year, as in years past, one of the biggest needs over the holidays is food. In the greater Grand Rapids Area, Christmas Food Boxes will be given out to 650 families as part of Mel Trotter Ministries’ Holiday Food Box program.

Going hungry in this country is not an option.  It should never happen.  But, alas, it does, and the hunger problem seems to be growing worse. Here in West Michigan, there are families that don't have the means, and have to do without.   Your heart breaks when you know that men, women and children won't have enough food.
