Last Friday I posted a blog about "The Biggest Loser" on NBC, because the NBC crew were in Rockford in December shooting an episode. It's been kept secret since then, but it's out now since it will be on NBC and TV8 tomorrow night at 8pm.

There are many fans of the hit NBC TV series, "The Biggest Loser," here in West Michigan.  This year, especially, since we get to follow two local contestants, Conda and Jeremy Britt, brother and sister, from Rockford.
