After four seasons at the helm, University of Michigan Football Coach Brady Hoke was let go Tuesday. University of Michigan Interim Director of Athletics Jim Hackett made the announcement at a news conference in Ann Arbor, saying he had come to the decision on Sunday night.

University of Michigan defensive end Frank Clark has been dismissed from the Michigan football team after being accused of domestic violence in Ohio over the weekend. Coach Brady Hoke has called the situation "tragic".
