"There's a monkey in an abandoned house." That was the call that came across a Kent County police scanner. If you're interested in listening to nefarious activity on a police scanner, this one would have gotten your attention.

The beaver was soon brought to Wildlife Rehab Center.

Are these 3 animal control officers from Saginaw in in the dog house? Well, they're not in any kind of trouble... but they will be literally sleeping outside in dog houses this weekend, for a good cause.

Anyone have a dog?  Sure, many of us do.  And, if you live in Ottawa County, county workers are tracking you down...so to speak.
