A Detroit man is facing two felony counts after burying his dog alive.

You deserve to be punished if you hurt an animal.

Two bills would make it a crime for veterinarians to perform a “devocalization” procedure on an animal unless it is deemed therapeutically necessary.

This was a painful video for me to watch.  What do you think?  I am guessing at some point this cat will become angry with these kids and bite one of them and then who's fault is that?  Animals, of any kind, are not meant to be dressed up and played with like inanimate dolls ...
