If you have allergies, and boy, do I have allergies, and you swear they've never been this bad, as I've been saying for weeks, we can now make a case for lots of sneezing.

Sneezy, itchy, runny nose?  Those symptoms are happening earlier this year and if you are an allergy sufferer like me, you're getting hit harder and earlier than usual. Tree pollen counts have exploded recently, because of the consecutive days of record temperatures...

I remember when I first moved to Grand Rapids a number of people told me, "Grand Rapids is one of the worst places you could live if you have allergies."  It had to do with the location and the proximity of water and some other things I cannot remember:)  BUT, here's a few things that can help you out if you're just like me...
