Massive 10,000-Square-Foot, 23-Room Mansion in Flint Just Hit the Market
Back in 2018, we told you about the historic Burroughs Mansion, one of the largest homes in Flint, when it hit the market for just under $200,000. Yup, seriously.
Obviously, at that price, the home needed some serious TLC. There was damage here and there, plus some major upgrades were definitely overdue.
Fast forward to today, and things look a lot different....inside and out.

Well, guess what? That same 1926 Burroughs Mansion just hit the market again, and honestly, it looks incredible. After all the work done, it’s like a whole new home but with all the historic charm still front and center.
This place is massive, over 10,000 square feet with 23 rooms, including 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It’s got that classic Tudor look with a limestone exterior and slate roof that just screams timeless. Inside, it’s been updated with modern touches like a chef’s kitchen loaded with top-of-the-line appliances.
The home doesn’t even look like the same place we shared with you back in 2018. Everything about this spot, located near downtown Flint, just screams class, history, and straight-up luxury.
Of course, the price tag isn’t under $200K anymore. It’s currently listed at $725,000, and honestly, it shows. After scrolling through the photos below, you’ll probably have a hard time believing this place is only $725,000.

The mansion, located at 925 Avon Street in Flint, used to be the home of Jonathan Edgington Burroughs. The guy made his fortune running a flour and sawmill, later became the director of Citizens Bank, and even served as president of a hardware company. So yeah, this place has some serious history behind it.
