Halloween season is over, and the only thing remaining that may seem a little scary in your yard is that rotting pumpkin on your porch. (Or hey, maybe they are not quite rotting yet. I'm not here to judge the state of your decorations)

You could compost that bad boy and hope you grow some pumpkins of your own next year, or you could lob it into the trash. But, what about a much cuter option?

The Delhi Charter Township Recycling Center has a few sheep who would love to take that old wilting pumpkin and enjoy it as a afternoon fall snack.

Yes, the Delhi Charter Township Recycling Center is home to a flock of around 30 sheep, and they're ADORABLE.

These sheep aren't just there for cute photos- they help maintain the grounds around the wastewater treatment plant and also help reduce the need for mowing. So instead of throwing those pumpkins away or waiting until some neighbor kids decide to use them as a weapon you can do a little bit of good for the environment and some sheep.

Those sheep aren't the only one taking on this job- they're joined by another friend- the flock is guarded by a llama named Firebird.

Don't have any pumpkins to give the sheep? You can still support them! They sell the wool from the sheep as yarn, as well as things made from the yarn like hats, socks and scarves. So you can add a little of their love to your wardrobe!
