According to a release from the Kent County Sheriff's Office, 63-year-old Dana Piper of Southfield removed sheets covering the patient and proceeded to touch "body parts not consistent with massage therapy."

The man also suggested pelvic floor therapy to the victim. In the state of Michigan, massage therapists are not allowed to perform that particular type of therapy.

KCSO says that this case is:

Piper will be sentenced in November 2025.

This isn't the first time that a case such as this has happened in West Michigan. Back in 2013, a man named Lawrence Urban was arrested not once, but twice, and charged with criminal sexual conduct.
