Fans of the 27-foot-long hot dog-shaped vehicle will have several opportunities to catch a glimpse of it and enjoy some fun activities.

The Wienermobile will be making its first stop at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market on Tuesday, July 23, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as part of the "Meet the Machines" event.

This family-friendly event will allow visitors to explore various vehicles, including the Wienermobile, and engage in interactive activities.

Following its appearance in Grand Rapids, the Wienermobile will continue its tour with stops at two other locations in the area.

On Friday, July 26, it will be at the D&W Fresh Market on Apple Orchard Lane from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The next day, Saturday, July 27, it will visit Forest Hills Foods on Cascade Road SE, also from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During these stops, visitors can expect to receive free Wiener Whistles, bacon coupons, and other memorabilia.

There will also be opportunities to tour the inside of the Wienermobile and take photos with the beloved vehicle.

The Wienermobile has been a staple of American pop culture since it first hit the road in 1936, designed to promote Oscar Mayer’s hot dogs.
