Since this is their 10th anniversary, they "are making the event a little different!"

Do not worry! The little puppers will still be the main focus of the party.

In collaboration with FOX 17, The Humane Society of West Michigan is throwing Bark In The Dark is happening this Saturday, October 1st starting from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Riverside Park - Riverbend Pavilion.

If you are down to have a great time with the entire family plus your furry friend, the tickets are not that bad.

  • $35.00 for adults
  • $10 for people between the ages of 5 years old to 17 years old
  • FREE.99 for all kiddies 4 and younger

Adults, we get to party a little harder than the kiddies (maybe the doggos too).

With the adult ticket, there is a "wag bag" for you and your furry family member. You also get a grown-up beverage ticket for the beer tent there.

If you love to get down with a good cause, you will love this puppy party.

"All proceeds from this event benefit animals in need at Humane Society of West Michigan as a 100% donor-funded 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes the humane treatment and responsible care of animals in West Michigan through education, example, placement, and protection."

The Humane Society of West Michigan has a goal to raise $90,000 through the Bark in the Dark extravaganza.

If you want to donate, there is time to pick those in.

Speaking of pets, here are some ideas for Halloween costumes for your furry friend
