New Thai Restaurant Opens in Wyoming’s Growing City Center
There’s a new spot in town for authentic Thai food—and if you’ve been craving Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, fried rice, or rich, flavorful curries, you’re in luck.

Thai and Beyond recently opened its doors at 1233 28th St. in Wyoming, taking over the space that used to be home to Beema Okaasan.
It’s part of the larger Wyoming City Center Project, which is transforming the area into a more walkable, downtown-style destination. The revitalization plan includes nearly five miles of new trails, a pedestrian bridge, a public plaza, and expanded housing and retail options—making it an even better place to grab dinner and explore.

The new restaurant celebrated its grand opening in early June, and it’s already winning fans with its wide-ranging menu. Start off with appetizers like crispy spring rolls, crab cheese wontons, chicken wings, pot stickers, or chicken satay. You’ll also find fresh soups and salads, including Tom Yum soup, papaya salad, and chicken lettuce wraps.
When it comes to entrees, there’s something for everyone. Noodle lovers can dive into classics like Pad Thai, Lo Mein, and even Vietnamese-style Pho. There are multiple options for fried rice, curries, and stir-fried dishes. And for those who love familiar favorites, the menu also offers Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken.
