Just in time for your holiday party, another customizable charcuterie board shop is now open in West Michigan!

Back in 2023, the area's first Graze Craze opened in Grand Rapids at 6275 28th St. SE, Suite G.

Graze Craze is headquartered in West Palm Beach FL., and calls itself the innovator of "grazing" - an "attractive food trend sweeping the nation...Grazing allows people the flexibility to eat an entire meal or small portions of food during the course of the day."

Graze Craze creates customizable charcuterie-style grazing boxes, platters, or tables for your special events. They also have meals for one and grab-and-go boxes.

Choose from a variety of high quality meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, dips, jams, spreads, and seasonal specialties to create your dream charcuterie set-up.

The new Graze Craze location is now open at 4950 Wilson Ave. SW, Suite 60, in Grandville’s Wilsontown Center.

It's now the fourth location in Michigan. In addition to Graze Craze in Grand Rapids, there are shops in Shelby Township and Okemos.

According to MLive, a local couple are the franchisees of the new location. Dean Laansma is an Air Force veteran and his wife Niki is a dental hygienist. The two say they are passionate about bringing friends and family together to create memories and enjoy delicious food.

Graze Craze Grandville is closed Sunday and Monday. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 10a.m. to 5p.m. and Saturday 10a.m. to 2p.m.

New West Michigan Restaurants 2024

More than 25 new restaurants, including authentic Mexican eateries, brunch joints, African-fusion restaurants, juice bars, delis, all-you-can eat Korean food, Italian spots and more have opened so far in West Michigan in 2024.
