GRPD Needs Help identifying This Creepy Bathroom Perv

Grand Rapids Police need your help finding a guy who set up recording equipment in a public restroom in Mid-July.  As you can see by the post from GRPD, they found the equipment but didn't disclose a location of the bathroom or any other details regarding the case.

According to the Facebook post by GRPD, the guy started recording while he was putting the camera in place, which gave police and now the public a great couple of pictures including his face and tattoos, to use while trying to identify this pervert.
