Donald Trump is talking about running for president. Maybe he should count us golfers as supporters. Not that we can afford to play his exclusive Trump International” clubs all over the world. Have you seen his latest project – the new resort he's building in Aberdeenshire, on Scotland's eastern edge.

Trump says it’ll be the greatest golf course in the world…. "fronting for three miles on the North Sea, acres of sand dunes of immense proportions, and with 1,400 acres of unspoiled land."

You may have seen parts of it on Golf Channel. When completed, the facility will include two courses, a driving range, and a short-game practice area. There will also be a five-star hotel of 450 rooms, a mixed-use residential community of 950 condos, 500 single-family homes, 36 villas and staff accommodations.

Begs the question, what is the greatest golf course you have ever played?
