This is such a heart-warming video and story that I just had to share it with you.

It is something that should teach us to appreciate the little things in life, and, our parents.

This man was driving along with his 101-year-old mother, and, well, I'll let him tell the story.

Facebook user Armand Foisy says he filmed proof “that if you find pure joy in the simple things you can live a 100 years.”
Armand Foisy lives in Lillooet ,British Columbia, Canada with his wife and his mom Albina, who turned 101 on Oct. 6.
