Your Boss Quits! Now What?

If you’re a fan of the TV show The Office this whole concept may sound a bit familiar to you.  Michael Scott, “The World’s Best Boss” has left Dunder Mifflin in Scranton, Pennsylvania to be with his fiancee in Colorado.  Andy Bernard will be taking over as the “Big Boss.”  So where does this leave all of the other Dunder Mifflin employees?

Well, that sort of thing happens in real life, too. Where does that leave the employees left behind?  How can you make the transition as smooth as possible for yourself?  Well, there are some ways, and CareerBuilder.com can tell you where to start.
