Winking Congressman has Competition from Photobombing 4-year-old [Video]

On Tuesday, Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD) photobombed Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) while he was speaking live on C-SPAN.

Rep. Harris winked at the camera multiple times because he knew his mom was watching.

Today, Harris has competition from a photobombing 4-year-old. 

My 4-year-old is a regular in-studio guest on 100.5 The River.

Today we decided to have a little fun and say "hi" to mom.

Who knows? Maybe this is the beginning of a long political career.
