The official cause of Whitney Houston’s death has been determined to be drowning and the “effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use,” according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.

Houston was found dead in a Beverly Hills hotel room bathtub last month.

The official cause of death was listed as an “accident.”

Cocaine and metabolites were identified found and, according to the report, also contributed to the singer’s death.

Other drugs identified in Houston’s body were marijuana, Xanax, Flexeril and Benadryl, but they “did not contribute to the death,” according to the report. Flexeril is a muscle relaxant.

No trauma or foul play is suspected in her death.

The final coroner’s report is said to be available within the next two weeks.
