We’ve Come a Long Way, Baby
Advertising certainly has come a long way from those ‘thrilling days of yesteryear.’
Today, not only are we bombarded with ads on television, and, yes, the radio, but now the internet, social media, billboards, bus boards, restrooms, anywhere people gather. And, of course, there’s print. Even with the decline of printed newspapers, you have magazines, direct mail, and more.
“Back-in-the-day” print was about the only way to reach the masses. Whether it be newspaper, signs, or billboards. Today, we’ve grown up and changed socially, but years ago it seems we could advertise, and say, almost anything.
