A brewery in Grand Rapids is doing its part to aid in Puerto Rico hurricane relief.

Fox 17 reports that City Built Brewing Company will donate one dollar from the sale of pints of select beers through Oct. 19 to hurricane relief efforts.

In a post to their Facebook page, City Built Brewing shares this message,

You've undoubtedly seen the images of the horrific and heart-wrenching devastation left behind by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. Our hearts to go out to our fellow Americans who have lost their homes and loved ones...we want to do something from Grand Rapids. So, starting today, and through October 19, $1 from every one of the following beers (pints) sold will be donated to help the victims:

- Grandmas Kisses
- Floral Saison:
- TKBY

So please stop by, raise and enjoy a pint (or two) of one of these beers, and help us raise funds and show our Puerto Rican brothers and sisters that we care about them. We hope to see you soon. Cheers, friends! #hurricanemaria#humanity"

The brewery, which is located at 820 Monroe Ave. NW, is also hosting a beer dinner Oct. 19 with a portion of proceeds going to the same cause. According to City Built's Facebook page, the dinner will feature "captivating (Ok, more like mouth-watering and delectable) recipes from Chef Lizzy and carefully selected brews to pair with each one."
