Who is really to blame for our weight issues?
By: Justin Sullivan Getty Images News

Sure is nice to get back to routine. Weekends are tough on a calorie budget. As I mentioned in a post last week, and have mentioned often on the Andy and Chuck Morning Show on WTRV Grand Rapids, I am trying to maintain a healthy waistline and lifestyle since losing 30 pounds two years ago. I still say the Spectrum Weight Management Program was the easiest diet I have ever known…and haven’t we tried them all? ( check out my story )

As it turns out, beer, bad diets, stress — might not be the real reason for our weight issues. Can you believe our car could be to blame?
