TRAFFIC ALERT: EB 196 at Lane Avenue

Big traffic tie-up today near downtown Grand Rapids.  There's a rollover wreck on eastbound 196 between the Lane exit and the 131 off-ramp.  The LEFT lane is blocked.  And the on-ramp from Lake Michigan is backed up.
