Tortoise Catches American Football Frenzy

There are so many cute pet videos and stories.  Cats, dogs, lizards, performing for their owners.  We all love it and ooh and ahh over their cuteness.

So, what about a turtle?  No, really, a pet turtle, or tortoise.

Meet Freddy, the 80-year-old tortoise from England, who loves American football.

Freddy’s owner, Katherine, says her family’s pet loves to play American football so much that they, “can’t keep him away from it,” in the summer months.  "Freddy is out in the garden headbutting any type of footballs he can get his head on."
