Sometimes in the animal kingdom, the most unlikely of pairs become best friends.

That's exactly what happened between this Basenji puppy and this Great Dane. The Basenji isn't content to just cuddle NEXT to the Great Dane, he has to cuddle on TOP of him. Unfortunately, the Great Dane's smooth coat doesn't make that easy.

I've known dogs that like to sleep in some pretty uncomfortable places and positions, but I don't think I've ever seen one work so hard to get into their optimum comfy sleeping/cuddling place.

And I have to hand it to the Great Dane, he's a pretty patient guy.
