Tobey Maguire Fights Poker Lawsuit

Hollywood's Spider-Man has filed papers denying that he played in illegal poker games.

According to TMZ, Tobey Maguire has filed legal docs denying that he acquired illegal celebrity poker winnings.

Maguire is being sued by bankruptcy trustees trying to recover money that was taken fraudulently in a Ponzi scheme. It is alleged that Maguire won $300,000 from the fraudster.
