Tiny Kitten is a real Survivor

This is an amazing story about a little kitty, born so small that it seemed there was no hope for survival.

WRONG!

At four weeks, this kitten, named Marshmallow, now weighs about one pound.  Yes, that doesn't sound like a lot, but it's a whooping seven times her birth weight of 2.3 oz.

Marshmallow sure is a fighter. At first she wasn’t able to regulate her own body heat, due to her low birth rate. But now, she no longer needs to be treated with a heat pad when mamma cat isn’t around to snuggle her for warmth.

She's also beginning to walk around like any kitten would, and loves being with humans. Which is probably a good thing, because after one look, most people can’t help but cuddle with her.
