THIS Is Why You Shouldn’t Park In Front Of A Fire Hydrant

You know that parking in front of a fire hydrant is illegal.  And you know that your car could be ticketed or towed.  What are the chances that a fire is going to start in the middle of a neighborhood while you are running into your friends house?  For most, chances are pretty bad that you will encounter a fire while parked.  But for this guy... well, he hit the fire hydrant lotto.
