This is one Smart Sea Otter! (video)

I'm always posting cute dog or cat videos.  You know, the ones where they're doing something very smart, very dumb or very cute.

Today I have a Sea Otter.  Her name is Nellie, and she is one smart cookie.  She can stack up cups. Let me say that again...she can stack cups.
