Things Your Boss Won’t Tell You (and can’t really tell you for legal reasons)

I don't know why this is, but recently there have been a TON of articles circulating on the net and in business magazines that share what's it like to be a part of the work force in 2011.  I'm guessing it must be a problem by the number of articles I keep seeing pop up everywhere.  Spying, discrimination, deceit, lack of compassion for the single mom  and manipulation.  Those are just a couple of the things employers won't necessarily go on the record about.  There are just some things your boss not only won't tell you, but for legal reasons cannot admit to.  If you work outside the home do any of these sound familiar?
