The Cool School Principal Award Goes to Kenowa Hills

Nearly every school in West Michigan is closed because of the weather. Parents usually get a text or email from their children's school alerting them to a closing, delay, etc. Parents, of course can listen to me in the mornings, 5:30 to 9 a.m., and check our, 100.5 The River, website for the latest information as well. The message is pretty plain and direct...we're closed!

However, there is another way. Why not make it fun with a song?

Kenowa Hills Public Schools shared this on their Facebook page, and it has to be the best school closing announcement ever. It's the Snow Day song from Kenowa Hills High School Principal Mr. Zuver, for sure, the Cool School Principal Award Winner for 2019!
