We've all seen some spectacular basketball shots.  There have been dunks, half court, behind the back, even full court shots.  And this one has to go in the record books as one of the most amazing.

It happened in Lowell and the Red Arrows played Mona Shores.  It was Lowell's night as they won the game 72 to 52, but, for one second, it was Mona Shores' Torin Carlson's night with his unbelievable shot.

Our news partner WZZM 13 provided us with this video.  Here's what happened.  As the clock ticked down to the final seconds of the first quarter, he grabbed the rebound off a Lowell shot, set his feet near the baseline, and fired the ball across the court.  Ninety feet later, Carlson's shot banked off the backboard...nothing but net!  Watch this.
