It’s Labor Day Weekend. There are a lot of events that are wrapping up for the summer, so get out and enjoy those events. There are also some events just for the Labor Day Weekend. And, if you are up for a road trip, Monday is the only day you can walk across the Mackinac Bridge!

There are activities going on this weekend inside and out. For the kids, the hunters, the sports enthusiasts, the brides-to-be, and beer lovers. A lot of stage shows to choose from as well...especially if you like comedy.

Perrin Brewing Company's new canning line is up and running. Perrin's Grapefruit IPA and Veterans Pale Ale (VPA) are now both available to be purchased in cans at Perrin's taproom in Comstock Park. Perrin is planning local distribution and the canning of three more beers later this year.
