A couple years ago I lost 120 pounds (but still at my current weight I am considered obese by U.S standards).  I always thought I was a pretty smart girl, but when it came to food and eating right and portion size, I just didn't have a clue...

This is just what you want to learn as we are coming off of Thanksgiving, heading into Christmas and New Years.  Pumpkin pie, Christmas cookies, eggnog, and dinners with all the trimmings are what is on the menu.  It's probably not the most popular time of year to start thinking about counting calories so stop reading right now if you don't want to know...
