This is not the kind of heat that you don't want to take seriously.  If you are thristy, or your mouth is dry PLEASE understand you are already dehydrated.  Whether you are thristy or not continue to drink fluids.  Dehydration can not only cause death but can also cause malfunctions of the heart, lungs, brain...

Please let these words sink into your brain.  "By the time you're thristy; you'r already dehydrated."  During an average summer here in Grand Rapids dehydration isn't a major problem but for the next week it is going to be SERIOUS!  Whether you are thirsty or not drink water continually throughout the day...
