Okay, so Sunday I decide I need to make some good old fashioned chicken soup!  What I do is prepare a big pot, freeze it in proper portion sizes and enjoy:-)  This is a fast easy way to make the soup with a rotisserie type flavor to it.  Yummy on a cool Fall or Winter day...
