Fight Against ALS Helped by Nana’s Run
Runners and walkers have a great incentive to get out and get active Saturday, May 20. It's the annual Nana's Run, a 5k run/walk for the fight against ALS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease).

Some water, some ice, and a few wet clothes have proven to be an effective way to raise money to fight Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
I was happy to take my turn today and accept the Ice Bucket Challenge.
