Cue the applause!  Some city leaders were recently given between a 4% and 5% pay raise but they are now doing their part to help the city of Grand Rapids.  City Manager, Greg Sundstrum, said on WZZM13 tonight, "This doesn't solve the city's financial problems but it sets the tone for this organization and this community that we all need to have a  shared sacrifice to move forward...
