In 2009, America fell in love with Scottish singer Susan Boyle.  She became an international sensation literally overnight when she regaled the TV show ‘America's Got Talent’ with a jaw-dropping rendition of ‘I Dreamed a Dream‘ from ‘Les Misérables.’

Since then, the unlikely star has struggled with her newfound fame, suffering panic attacks and giving what was deemed a disastrous performance on ‘The View’ late last year, which lead many to believe the talented singer’s career would be short-lived.

But perhaps all the worry was for naught, because on Wednesday night’s ‘America’s Got Talent,’ Boyle gave a pretty great performance of ‘You Have To Be There,’ the first single off her upcoming album. It wasn’t as explosive as her initial debut a couple years ago, but it was still leagues better than much of what calls itself “music” these days.

Take a look, and enjoy!
