When I was clicking through the list I would have to say probably most of us, living in an urban setting in the year 2012, would be facing most of those things.  I'm sure when you click through the list there may be a few that will make you say to yourself, yup, yup, yup.  Okay, now I get it!  It's depression.

We've all probably heard about the sunshine correlation and how the lack of it contributes to depression, but there are a few more things that have surfaced that might actually surprise you. They are all elements of living in the year 2012 with the technology available to us.  Yes, the technology is supposed to make our lives easier but in reality the technology just allows us to cram more into our day, which adds more pressure, so is it all really worth it for our mental health in the end?
