Sun of a Beach…it’s Another Festival This Friday Downtown Grand Rapids

I've been back from Hawaii for a little over a month now, and I'm missing the beach atmosphere already.  I know, all I have to do is go to Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck and hit the beach.  We're so lucky to have West Michigan's Gold Coast so close.  But I want a good party, too.Well, get ready for cheeseburger in paradise, with your toes in the sand while sipping on your boat drinks as Downtown Grand Rapids is converted to Margaritaville!

We're throwing a "Sun of a Beach" party Friday night from 6 to 10 p.m. downtown, right at our building, 50 Monroe, and will it be fun.

Bring your beach blankets and chairs and come hungry, as we have a great lineup of regional and local food vendors. In case you forget your parrot hats and shark fins at home, we have some great vendors for that, too.

What about the entertainment?  We'll have the best, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band, Parrots of the Caribbean, and ZBTB, a Zac Brown tribute band.

Tickets are only $10, but you must be 21 and older to attend!
