Spotted: Awesome/Silly License Plate in Grand Rapids

When when I drive around town, I'll sometimes spot someone with one of those a special license plates. I always try to figure out what it means. I thought this one was exceptionally clever. Even if I don't really sound clever while working it out.

I'm not really sure why this one gave me a laugh while I was driving in to work this morning. But yeah, as I'm pulling in downtown nearing my garage, I spotted this guy and well... you heard how it went.
