Every cat at Crash's Landing has it's own unique story, Skipper is no different.

Skipper was found as a stray three years ago. He found his way to Crash's Landing, but is still in need of a permanent home.

Can you adopt Skipper?

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Skipper.

Skipper was born in 2008. In January of 2012, he was found as a stray in Jonesville, Michigan. Skipper had been neutered, declawed and left to fend for himself. He was brought to Crash's Landing where it was discovered that he was FIV positive.

Skipper is due for a little good luck.

Skipper plays well with other cats and with humans. He likes to have fun and would make a great addition to your family!
