If you're sick of gyms, structured workout routines or classes, maybe Prancercise is for you!

In fact, I'm pretty sure a dude I saw in downtown GR on Wednesday was doing it.  He probably had no idea there was a name for it, but he definitely had some moves.

I'm more a weight lifting and cardio sort of guy.  Plus with my "zero rhythm" problem, I'd look more like a guy who just walked through a spider web or stuck his finger into an electrical outlet.  Anyway, check out the video...
