‘Sharknado 2′ Is Coming, With A Contest To Name It

Sharknado 2 is coming.

Will you celebrate or will you run in fear?

The Syfy network has confirmed that Sharknado 2 will air in 2014.

Syfy has confirmed that Sharknado 2 will be set in New York City, but the network still needs help choosing a subtitle for the film. Syfy has launched a Twitter contest asking fans to tweet their suggestions to @SyfyMovies using #Sharknado.

No shortage of so-bad-they're-good names for this slightly anticipated sequel.

Die-hard fans, don't worry.  Tara Reid has confirmed she will be returning.  So have the sharks.

When asked if she would come back for a sequel Reid told tmz.com, "Why not?".

Exactly.

Syfy will replay the original Sharknado July 18 at 7:00pm EST.
