It's really not that unusual for siblings to grow up in the same family but remember completely different experiences.  Each child has a different relationship with a parent so it is no surprise that Ronald Reagan and his brother differ on a few things too.  I think "feud" is a pretty harsh word.  None the less, they do have a differing opinions as to whether their father showed early signs of Alzheimer's during his presidency. 

Ron Reagan Jr. is on the talk show circuit promoting his book "My Father At 100".  I saw him speak about it this past weekend and it was heartfelt.  It is his experience as he remembers it...
